Scarrow Hill House is 2 minutes away from the A69 in a peaceful haven.

Travelling from West to East (Carlisle to Newcastle), stay on the the main A69 at the Brampton roundabout; ignore all signs for approximately 2 miles until reaching the junction signed Naworth Castle (left) and Hallbangate (right).This is in a wooded, twisty road section.100 metres after this junction, as the road straghtens out, look for the obscure private road signed Denton Mill on the left.Turn down into the single track road, travel a further 200 metres and look for Scarrow Hill House across to the right .

Travelling East to West (Newcastle to Carlisle), pass the Low Row petrol station on the A69, ignore the Low Row sign, travel a further 400 metres, slow down as you cross a railway bridge, and 50 metres later turn right into the obscure single track Denton Mill road. Proceed 200 metres and look for  Scarrow Hill House across to the right.
